Scope of Services. Through this Site, RCM Contractors LLC markets and arranges Bathroom Remodeling, Exterior Remodeling, Flooring Services, Kitchen Remodeling, Shower Installation, Siding Installation, Window Replacement. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://generalcontractorsthelens.com is the property of RCM Contractors LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. RCM Contractors LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. RCM Contractors LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of RCM Contractors LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold RCM Contractors LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OR law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OR for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. RCM Contractors LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
